Summer Camp

City Garden School is pleased to offer a summer camp inspired by our love of Waldorf education. Your child will be immersed in the natural world at Rock Bridge State Park, warm breezes and sunshine, along with a balance of engaging games, crafts,  skill-building, and arts. Our camp program is proudly managed by City Garden School faculty members.
Celebrate the joys of summer through a variety of stimulating activities, exploration in nature, and co-operative games. The leaders of camp are experienced teachers who provide leadership and structure for a unique camp experience.

City Garden School hosts six weeks of Summer Camp for incoming 1st - 6th graders at Rockbridge State Park.
Campers may attend just one week or all the available weeks.
Campers are outside the entire morning and afternoon exploring the woods and the creek. We love catching frogs and crayfish, hiking, observing the forest, exploring Connors Cave, singing songs, and playing games.

Limited to 20 students per week.
*Enrollment is not "held" or guaranteed without payment.

City Garden School is also hosting a middle school summer camp this year for incoming 6-8th graders!
Ms. Knapp and Ms. Campbell will lead the middle schoolers through a one week summer camp hosted at Rockbridge State Park and Three Creeks Conservation Area!
