Enrollment Process

  1. Attend an open house to learn about City Garden Grade School. If you are unable to come to an open house, call for a personal tour. Due to COVID-19, we are only offering personal tours. Please email director@citygardencolumbia.org to schedule your tour!

  2. Complete The City Garden School Application which will be emailed to you prior to your tour. Submit the completed application along with the new family fee. City Garden School wants all children to have access to our programs. We give scholarships each year to families who need assistance. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please request the application.

  3. Upon receipt of the completed application, new family fee (if applicable), and all other requested documentation, our director will contact you to schedule an interview for your family with one of our teachers.

  4. Upon receiving notification of acceptance, you will receive a tuition contract. Signed tuition contract and fees are due upon acceptance of enrollment. New student packets and Parent Handbooks are sent out over the summer.
